Machined Bending Cutting Sheet Metal Aluminum Stamping Parts
Stamping plants can produce different kinds of metal stampings, and round metal stampings are one of them. So, when producing circular stamping parts, what processing steps should we take and what should we pay attention to?
1. Strip materials that need to be formed into circular stampings;
2. Put the circular stamping strip material body for forming into the two-cavity blanking die for stamping processing. During the stamping process, firstly position the strip body on the two inclined edges of the parallelogram length direction, and then position the strip body through the hole edge of the round punching part after blanking;
3. In order to improve the processing efficiency, two rows of circular stamping parts can be set in the material belt, and the two rows of circular stamping parts can be staggered; when processing the stamping parts, the positioning of the material belt is located on the four sides of the rectangular material belt. Although this method improves the processing efficiency, the utilization rate of stamping materials is not high, which relatively increases the processing cost.
4. The horizontal section of the formed circular punch is a parallelogram, and both sides of the parallelogram are inclined in the length direction. The circular stamping parts made of this strip can improve the material utilization rate and reduce the processing cost. Simultaneous stamping In the process of stamping, the material strip needs to be positioned once for each stamping, so that the quality of the round stamping parts produced will be better.
