What are the common problems with the stretching die?
The die wall of the drawing part is broken, which often occurs on the side wall near the corner of the square cylinder and near the radius of the die (rcd). Cracks appear in the corresponding parts of the punch shoulder of the metal drawing part. Due to the insufficient strength of the material, this defect occurs when the deep drawing load reaches the material breaking load. The defective part occurs at the corresponding part of the punch shoulder R (at rp), that is, the part closer to rp than the impact line. Because the impact line of the broken part is different from other parts, it can be observed and checked to solve the corresponding place.
