Custom Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Deep Drawn Stamping Part
Stainless steel deep drawn parts are one of the most widely used tensile parts and are used in many industries. 430/201/301/304/316 etc. are mostly used for processing stainless steel drawing parts. Each material will be classified according to the element content. For example, 201 material is divided into low copper, medium copper and high copper, and the tensile strength is also graded. Due to the high tensile strength of stainless steel, the tensile properties are lower than that of carbon steel, so it is higher than carbon steel in terms of tensile process.
In the processing of stainless steel drawing parts, firstly, it is necessary to ensure that the die is used for forming processing, and secondly, to control the heat generated during the drawing process and cool it in time. Typically, the upper and lower portions of the machined stretch are applied and pulled. In special cases, some drawing oil can also be added to the bottom surface (that is, the contact surface between the drawing part and the mold), because most of the heat is generated on the mold during the drawing process, which is used for a single station Cooling method for mold processing. For continuous dies, an emulsifier can be placed between the rack and the loader to allow the strip to slide through, or stretch oil can be applied to one side. The drawing oil can not only cool the mold, but also protect the mold, reduce the wear of the mold and improve the surface finish of the drawn part.
