Aluminum Deep Drawn Bending Cutting Sheet Metal Stamping Parts

 

Deep drawn parts are a kind of metal stamping parts and are also widely used. For drawing parts processing plants, there are various types of stamping parts, including cylindrical, oval, conical, rectangular, and more. These are common types of stretch pieces. Of course, for some products, more complex extruded shapes are required.

 

1. Cylindrical deep drawn parts
The bottom of the product is flat, the outer wall of the cylinder is symmetrical in the middle, and the deformation is evenly distributed on the same circumference, so that the sheet or strip can be stretched and deformed.

 

2. Oval deep drawing parts
The deformation of the blank is tensile deformation, but the deformation amount and deformation rate change relatively along the contour shape. The greater the curvature, the greater the plastic deformation of the blank. Conversely, the smaller the curvature, the smaller the plastic deformation of the blank.

 

3. Rectangular deep drawing parts
During stretching, the tensile friction resistance at the arc of the flange deformation area exceeds that at the straight edge, and the deformation level at the arc exceeds that at the straight edge.

 

4. Conical deep drawing parts
Stretch-processed items that exceed the stretch-processing limit require several stretches to process. After the stretched piece of the stretching process in the former process, the re-stretching process is performed in the latter process. The width of the flange is the stretched part, the first stretch is stretched to the specified flange diameter, and the flange diameter remains unchanged after the second stretch.
