Sheet Metal Stamping Aluminium Copper Deep Drawing Drawn Parts
In the processing of precision drawing parts, due to the different stress and deformation of each part in the drawing process, some unique phenomena appear in the drawing process:
Precision stretched parts are wrinkled. When stretched, the tangential compressive stress of the flange part exceeds the anti-buckling ability of the material, and the material of the flange part will become unstable and bulge.
Uneven deformation in the stretching process: The thickness of the material at the stretching place changes, and the change is uneven. The material thickness at the outer edge of the flange varies the most. After the drawing part is formed, the blank material of the workpiece is the thickest and gradually becomes thinner inward, while the material at the bottom of the material becomes thinner due to friction, preventing the elongation and deformation of the material. However, the bottom fillet part of the material stretching is always subjected to the top force and bending of the punch fillet, and is always subjected to the tensile stress running through the stretched part, resulting in the largest thinning here. The circular side wall plays the role of transmitting the tensile force of the punch to the flange. When the radial tensile stress in the force transmission area exceeds the material limit, the phenomenon of pulling will occur.
